Through the experience of our team and a network of contacts, we are able to deliver an accurate analysis of the terrain data surveyed. This data can be integrated into a GIS (Geographic Information System) or developed through other systems specialising in the analysis of ground resources, environmental impact assessment, hydrological risk and in the design and maintenance of civil engineering works.

Our activities

Helica aims to provide accurate and on-time remotely sensed data which is compliant with International Survey standards, guaranteeing the delivery of a quality product which satisfies the customers’ requirements.
The Company uses its close working relationships with other companies, experienced in the field of remote sensing, to carry out Projects throughout the world, working together
to analyse and manage the data collected.
With thirty years experience in the management of aircraft and our own fleet, Helica can offer the customer an efficient and punctual operation.

In particular, Helica srl:

was founded in 2000, with a team of personnel with extensive experience in aeronautics;
since 2002, has collaborated with the National Institute of Oceanographic and Experimental Geophysics
   in Trieste (OGS), in the fields of Remote Sensing, digital mapping and the development of new products;
collaborates with various national and overseas centres of excellence to verify applications and algorithms    designed specifically to analyse laser data, offering  clients new and innovative products;
In December 2004, formed the Consortium Heliogs scarl with OGS, dedicated to bringing together    technology and skills for the research and development of airborne remote sensing.
