Helica’s personnel develop and process the products aimed at the study and analysis of the territory, in accordance with the international standards and the requirements of the most qualified customers. In order to carry out the Lidar remote sensing operations, from fixed and rotary wings aircraft, constant training is essential, together with a continuous re-qualification of personnel in the use of the most recent technology and advanced software.

Helica recruits its personnel using qualified external companies, whilst specialist professional training is provided internally.

In order to develop its own team, Helica runs internal courses, delivered by qualified professionals. These courses are aimed at  spreading the company culture and improving professional motivation.
